Why have a comments section if you are just going to erase them? Now that IS upsetting!
Because I was asked by our Booster Club President, multiple parents, and the player of whose mother’s comments I deleted, to delete them.
I actually really didn’t want to delete them because I am a pretty strong believer in free speech, but the requests were overwhelming that this site be a place for people to focus on the positives of our team.
Even the simple fact that I again need to respond to negative comments is a distraction from the great season our Parkview boys are having.
What the focus should be on is how great our Parkview boys are doing, and how proud we are of them. This is the first year that our boys have made it as high as 3rd in the region since 2005 (Carver, Fishback, Florez, etc.). This is a great accomplishment, congrats boys!
As a fellow defender I see no problem in the way Joe is running the website. Everyone sees the articles and no one complains. As a defender I dont look for stats, as opposed to offense. Keep up the fantastic work Joe!
Sorry if I offended anyone…if the posts keep coming like the one above as a team effort…I think that is great.
