The Lady Vikings started the season with many new faces and a lot of desire and motivation. The Lady Vikings only have 4 seniors on the roster and the varisty is currently utilizing 4 freshmen insuring Coach Nurnberg will have a core group of girls to work with for the next few years.
March 20, 2007
The Varsity girls lost a close game at home agains West Plains 1-2. The game was tied until late in the 2nd half. The JV team lost a well played game 0-2.
March 22, 2007
The Varsity played Central at Cooper #2. The girls were impressive in a 4-1 win.
March 23, 2007
The team and their faithful followers tried to wait out the storm at Nixa, but the lightning proved to much and the games were postponed until April 12, 2007 at 4:00 pm.
March 30, 2007
The Varsity lost to West Plains 0-3 in the first round of the Neosho tournament.
March 31, 2007
The Varsity dominated Hillcrest in a 4-0 win at the neosho tournament. The Lady Vikings saw their day end with a hard fought loss to Greenwood. The girl’s were tied 1-1 at the end of regulation and came up short 2-3 on penalty kicks.
The JV lost to Nixa 0-7 in the first game of the day and lost 0-1 in the second round game.
